I guess if anyone is supposed to do this, that is give a truly unbiased award, it’s probably us. With our work in aviation marketing for 45+ years and our adventure stories to now charity events, this seems like a good time. With that coming soon 2027 Best of in Private Aviation Awards.
The other reason we were asked about this is via feedback we received from our Aviation Marketing Experts newsletter, now read by over 35,000 subscribers.
We will start with Florida, since we’re here and in many cases, we have actually met or have had interactions with the local aviation companies we’re considering. Even if the company only has a satellite office here, they may still be considered.
In the case of FBOs, we know several of them personally, so we will mention the specific award-winning office in Florida.
Chris and I have decided on the following categories:
- Best Florida Private Jet Charter Broker
- Best Florida Private Jet Charter Operator
- Best Florida MRO Provider
- Best Florida Private Jet Management Company
- Best Florida Private Aircraft Interior Company
- Best Florida Private Aircraft Painting Company
- Best Florida FBO
- Most innovative Florida Private Aviation Company
How we decide will be based on several factors, each carrying a certain amount of weight.
We will be emailing some of the candidates with specific questions. If we don’t hear back, then that will be seen negatively.
Next, we will review public comments, social media and their websites. We will give more weight to the message they portray on their website and any charity work they may be involved with.
There will not be second or third place awards but will be honorable mentions.
While we considered doing a “worst of” and trust us, probably just as much a needed award, we will not do that at this time. It’s amazing how even larger companies seem to make bad decisions.
And, if you want to be considered, we may not get to everyone, don’t be shy, contact us. Award winning is something that customers definitely like to see.
