3 Hour or Less Last Minute Private Jet Charter Experts

Chris and Jorge know a lot of people in this business. Anyone who is a broker in this industry knows there is a constant demand for people who need a private aviation charter ASAP. I hear from many brokers who tell us stories where one of their flight advisors receives a call or inquiry late into the evening requesting an immediate flight. There are many companies that claim to be able to do wheels up in as little as 3 hours. We decided to dig in a little and actually find the 3 hour or less last minute private jet charter experts who can deliver.

What we found became pretty clear without a ton of research. With a little help from AI, which we are experts at, we found the stories of people who had bad experiences with ASAP flights. Clearly, we can eliminate those brokers.

The power of reviews and social media comments is all the guidance anyone needs when it comes to looking at a niche service like this.

First, regardless of how you find the company that you’re thinking about booking the charter with, check to see if they have any testimonials about last minute flights.

But even before we get into some actual reviews, let’s go through a few basics.

The #1 thing that any broker must do is source your aircraft. They do not operate it so they must find an operator who has an aircraft at or near the airport you want to depart from. Also remember the aircraft may not be at that exact airport but another one nearby. Here time is important, as once it is sourced, you can spend part of those 2-3 hours driving to that airport. An expert broker specializing in ASAP flights should have flight options for you in about 10-15 minutes.

Every broker will tell you that they have access to 5,000 jets, it’s all the same inventory of carriers, everyone gets the same aircraft. However, that is also about to change soon with an AI Model for sourcing that we have developed. Once you complete your flight booking with the broker, they have lots to do in that short period of time before wheels up, flight crew, FBO access, concierge and hospitality.

And yes, obviously, be sure any broker is ARG/US certified, they’ll do all the heavy lifting to be sure the aircraft is safe and compliant. Many brokers go on and on about that on their websites, if they’re certified, they’re not going to cut any corners.

Trust us when we tell you, we’ve heard plenty of stories where speed and price were chosen. Some resulted in an AOG or the aircraft had to return to the airport shortly after takeoff due to mechanical issues.

Just like when we buy something from Amazon, we read reviews. Here is one and the backstory that pretty much says it all about an ASAP flight.

If you’re into basketball and are a NY Knicks fan, you know they won the championship this year. A frequent private jet traveler wanted to get an ASAP flight to what turned out to be the most important game of the championship series.

This flight took off in less than 3 hours after the request came in. There were additional logistical issues as many people were flying in. All handled professionally without any issues.

The other important take away here is that people sometimes don’t realize the value of a broker. That is why many seasoned private aviation travelers have their own personal flight advisor who works for their clients. No order taker can match this level of customer service.

Case in point, the heavily advertised BAJit app from OneFlight International, endorsed by former NFL star John Elway and Shark Tank’s Robert Herjavec, completely imploded about a month ago. The TV ads claimed to source an aircraft right away at any local airport without a broker, etc. Obviously, painting a picture of a process that is far from that simple.
